Payment Method
Support purchases in the app are paid via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) payment system, following each store's designated payment methods (credit card, etc.).
Support on the web version is paid via a Stripe Payment Link, using the payment methods (credit card, etc.) available on Stripe's checkout screen.
Timing of Payment
For the app version, payment follows the Apple App Store's or Google Play's billing cycle.
For the web version, payment is made at the time the order is confirmed on Stripe's checkout screen.
Timing of Delivery
A support purchase is a voluntary contribution that does not involve unlocking any specific feature or providing any goods or digital content. The purchase process is complete once payment processing has finished.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of support purchases, we do not, in principle, accept returns or cancellations after a purchase is completed.
However, for the app version, you may submit a refund request to the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective refund policies. Whether a refund is granted is at each store's discretion.
For the web version, we handle refunds according to Stripe's refund policy and our own operating policy. Whether a refund is granted is decided on a case-by-case basis.
